Our Return Policy

At Tesgod, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable and worry-free. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that custom products, such as steering wheels and wheels, are only eligible for returns in cases of quality issues.

Damages and Issues

We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon receipt.If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at peng@tesgod.com with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your request within 1 business day. Upon approval, a replacement will be sent to you promptly.

For returns requested due to personal preferences or non-quality-related reasons (e.g., a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the color or style), a 15% restocking fee will apply. In these cases, customers are also responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time.
