Quick Installation

1. Park Safely
Make sure the vehicle is stationary before working around the wheels.

2. Remove the Existing Cap
Unscrew the original valve cap by hand.

3. Inspect the Valve Stem

4. Install the New Cap
Thread the new valve cap onto the stem by hand.

5. Tighten Gently
Turn until the rubber seal seats securely. Do not overtighten or use tools.

⚠️ Hand-Tighten Only

The cap only needs to be snug. Using pliers or excessive tightening force may damage the cap, rubber sealing ring or valve-stem threads and can make later removal difficult.

⚠️ Periodically Remove & Check Metal Valve Caps

Periodically remove the caps and keep the valve threads clean, particularly in regions with road salt, heavy rain or harsh winter conditions. This helps prevent dirt buildup and makes future removal easier.

Does Not Replace the TPMS System

These are external valve stem caps only. They do not replace the tire-pressure sensor, valve stem or valve core and do not change the vehicle's TPMS operation.

Routine Care

Remove the caps whenever you need to check or adjust tire pressure.

Wipe away road grime from the cap and external valve-stem threads as needed.
