1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. During holidays or weekends, there might be slight delays.
- For certain tools with TESLA-branded labels, warehouse staff may place the labels/stickers inside the packaging. If you can’t find the sticker, please contact TESGOD online customer service for assistance.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $29. Orders under $29 will incur a $6 shipping fee.
- TESGOD uses express or special shipping lines. The current average shipping time worldwide is 10-15 days. For custom products like wheels or steering wheels, the shipping time will be confirmed by customer service.
3. Shipping Methods
- Express Options: DHL, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, YanWen
- Standard Shipping: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

- If you have special shipping requirements, please leave a note in your order.
- After completing your purchase, you will receive an email to confirm the shipping method and tariff declaration value. Make sure emails from TESGOD are whitelisted.

For some EU countries like the UK, France, Italy, and Germany, we may use duty-free shipping channels. In these cases, we will declare a value lower than the actual amount.

For destinations like Russia and Brazil, EMS is the default shipping method. If you prefer express shipping, please notify us, and we will confirm via email.

Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Some countries require a tax ID for customs clearance:
