Set Up the Ramp Correctly Before Loading
1. Park on a Stable Surface
Position the Cybertruck on firm, level ground, engage Park and ensure the truck cannot move while loading.
2. Lower the Tailgate
Fully open the tailgate and make sure the loading edge is clean and unobstructed before placing the ramp.
3. Fully Unfold Each Ramp
Open the folding sections completely and inspect the hinge, cross plates and side rails for damage before placing weight on the ramp.
4. Seat the Upper Ramp End
Position the upper contact lip squarely on the loading edge without leaving only a small portion of the ramp supported.
5. Secure the Ramp
Use the supplied securing hardware / straps as directed so the ramp cannot slide backward or separate from the loading edge while the load is moving.
6. Align With the Wheels
For a two-ramp setup, match the spacing to the equipment's wheel track and verify every tire stays centered on its ramp during the entire loading path.
Do Not Exceed 750 lb on Any Single Ramp
A pair being rated at 1,500 lb does not mean one ramp may carry more than 750 lb. Check the actual wheel-by-wheel load distribution, not only the equipment's total weight.
Inspect Before Every Use
Do not use a ramp with a bent rail, damaged hinge, loose hardware, cracked weld, damaged securing strap or visibly deformed traction plate.
